Delta T. This is an energy saving additive that can be added to closed loop heating and cooling systems to reduce the amount of energy that they use in terms of either gas or electricity. This is made from surfactants. This is made by adding surfactants to water. It works by changing the surface tension of water in a closed system. Justification
