Description
A plastic figurine depicting a non-human character from a video game. The figurine is approximately 9cm tall, wearing a long green coat and green trousers with gold painted details on the coat. He is wearing a yellow and white mask which cannot be removed, has large yellow horns and large ears. It is packaged in an inner plastic shell that is placed within a cardboard board with a clear plastic window. It is suitable for ages 6 years+.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
