- Achari aloo masala is used as a premade mixture used to flavour foods. It is packed in 100 grams & 500 gram cartons. It contains the following ingredients: Fennel, Coriander, Salt, Red chilli, Musk melon, Turmeric, Cumin, fenugreek seeds, mustard, nigella sativa, dry mango, black pepper, mace, cloves and star anise seeds.
