Description
Topokki also called Tteokbokki is traditionally a Korean food that can be prepared as a meal or snack. This is a product made from rice cakes and can be seasoned with different flavours. This product is sriracha flavoured. Manufacturing process of the raw material includes: filtering out the stones, refining, washing, soaking and grinding the rice. The rice is then steamed, shaped, cooled dryed and cut into rice cakes

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
