Description
The product is a protective single-use full-body gown certified as a medical device designed to protect the wearer from hazardous substances such as blood and viruses. It is a one-piece disposable coverall, with hood, zip front opening covered by flap, elastic ankles, hood, waist and cuff and cut and sewn seams. The single-use gown is covered with breathable lamination for maximum protection. The gown is made from 100% Spunbonded Meltblown Spunbonded (SMS) Polypropylene. The garment is nonwoven. It is not knitted or crocheted. It is packaged in a polybag.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
