Description
A plastic 3D children’s toy, for children aged 3 years+ helps to encourage motor skills and imaginary play. It has various interconnecting parts, which when constructed make a skeleton and outer skin to resemble an animal. The pictures included depict an assembled Gnu, the skeleton is white ABS interlocking pieces. The 2 pieces of the ABS skin can then be used to encase the skeleton by the internal neodymium magnets within the skin pieces. An instruction leaflet is also included. The toy is packaged within a closed card retail box.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
