Description
The non-malleable cast iron weights are used to add weight to any item that needs ballast adding to it so it can be stabilised. They can be used to hold down parasols, gazebos, café barriers, road signs etc. The weights are made from Cast Iron it is a one piece casting cast in Iron it is a round disc with a slot in it that enables it to be slid over a tube and then rest on a foot plate . it also has slots so that you can carry the item easily and has holes in it so that metal pegs can be pushed trough it to stop it skidding around they are either packed individually or in pairs in a cardboard box.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
