- The plain bhujia is a ready to eat snack. The dough is made with chickpeas flour and spices. The dough is pushed through a fine sieve to get strands which are then deep fried. The product is packaged in a 200g pouch for retail. Ingredients: Dew Bean Flour, Cotton seed oil, Chickpea flour, Bengal gram flour, Salt.
