Description
The indoor rack-mount discrete Input/output gathering device is used to connect devices with separate interfaces to the monitor and control system. Separate interfaces could be equipment like alarms, fan/thermostat feedback, door contact status etc. In some configurations the unit can be used to activate relays or contactors to action certain processes for example like turning on a fan. The Antenna Monitor and Control subsystem can then employ customised logical routines based on the inputs and outputs – for example turning on a fan when a certain temperature is reached.
