Description
L-Band Frequency Converter (Applique) Electronic components and circuit boards in a Billet casing. The Frequency Converter forms part of a telecommunications system which allows in-service government and military radios to operate over commercial L-Band satellites. The system provides voice and data connectivity to radio networks. The telecommunications system comprises of a frequency converter (Applique), an antenna, cabling and a power source connection. The L-Band Frequency Converter converts UHF and VHF radio frequencies to L-Band frequency, and back to UHF/VHF. Connectors: DC Power: LEMO, RF Input: TNC and RF Output: TNC. Electro-mechanical assembly. Electronic components and circuit boards in a Billet casing. Packaged in disposable cardboard box with foam inserts.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
