- Hand cream, This product is a herbal, botanical ingredient hand cream, used to moisturise the skin on the hands and to keep the skin and nails moisturised to maintain a supple and smooth feel and appearance. A small amount of the cream is massaged it to the skin as desired. Packaged in an extruded flexible poly tube with a screw top. 100ml / 3,4fl oz. - Justification
- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3(1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. Also classified in accordance with: Heading 33 04 Chapter note 3. Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (A) (3) to heading 3304.
