Description
A glass vessel and scented candle. The glass vessel is handblown, it measures approximately 10cm height x 8cm length x 7cm in width. The picture provided appears to show the glass is tinted in colour. Provided with the vessel is a scented candle. The candle is made from rapeseed & coconut oil, essential oil is added to provide fragrance. The perfumed wax is poured into the glass vessel. The vessel and candle are packaged within a cardboard box for retail sale.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
