Description
Sealing system A sealing system to prevent ingress of fluids, designed to be affixed to various substrates as required. The sealing system is one product and is comprised of two component parts. Made from silicone extrusion with 'fitted' silicone mouldings to maintain the seals integrity. Part 1: Silicone rubber extrusion, Part 2: Silicone rubber mouldings. The mouldings are manufactured by transfer compression moulding. They are secured after the extrusion has been positioned and affixed. Mouldings may be packaged: 1). With the extrusion if purchased at the same time. 2). In a bespoke cardboard carton if purchased independently. This product is made from silicone HCR (High Consistency Rubber) polymer. It is sold in 5m lengths – additional sizes can be made depending on customer application/demand. It is currently planned for this product to be sold retail. Packed for transport in pizza style boxes. Wholesale will only be considered on a ‘case by case’ basis.

Justification
