Description
Hair care, Blow dry haircare. This citrus scented blow dry spray is designed to help speed up the time it takes to dry and protect the hair from the heat damage when blow drying. This spray encourages faster, safer blow drying by helping prevent dehydration and damage to the hair. It is presented in an opaque coloured, PP plastic bottle, with a finger pump spray and a silver-coloured cap. The product details are printed on the bottle. The product is considered to be vegan. 150ml – 5.07 fl.oz. Containing Aqua (Water), PVP, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Sodium Benzoate, Parfum (Fragrance), CETRIMONIUM CHLORIDE, Ethylhexylglycerin Sodium Chloride, Disodium EDTA, PANTHENOL, Citric Acid.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3(1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. General interpretative rules (GIR)s: GIR 1 - Has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 3305: Preparations for use on the hair. GIR 5b - Has been used to identify the type of packaging: Plastic bottle with a finger pump spray. GIR 6 - Has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 330590: Other than shampoos, preparations for permanent waving or straightening, hair lacquers.
