Description
The product is a leather belt made from bovine leather. It is hand-made. It uses vegetable tanning to tan the leather. The belts are stitched using waxed cotton or nylon. The design of the belt is hand-carved into the leather. The edge of the belt is sanded and, in some cases, dyed or painted. The belt buckles are made from stainless steel. It is packaged in corrugated cardboard.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
