- Description
- Stoneware mug. With subliminal print designs, dependent on the customers requirements. A dye-sublimation printer prints a custom design onto a special transfer paper using sublimation inks. The paper is then placed onto a product (enamel or ceramic mug, t-shirt, or other) and both are put into a sublimation heat transfer press, applying immense heat and pressure at once. The heat turns the inks into a gas, and the poly material absorbs it. The result is a permanent, vibrant print that doesn’t lay on the surface of the product; instead, it becomes one with a previously applied poly coating on the surface, which is the key feature of sublimation printing. This coating allows the sublimation ink to bind tightly to the mug, creating a vibrant and long-lasting print. The company purchases one size mugs of 11 fl oz, plain white poly coated mugs in bulk packaging, who then apply the subliminal print designs to the mugs, to a customer’s requirements. Packaging: 12 mugs of a capacity of 11 Fl oz, are packed into divided cells in a cardboard box for transport.
