Description
4 Wheeled Folding Mobility Scooter - FDB01. The scooter has an adjustable steering column that can be folded down, a horizontal platform, adjustable seat and thumb operated levers for acceleration, braking and reversing. It is designed to be used by a single rider. The scooter is made from aluminium, plastic and rubber. It is packaged and housed in an outer 3 ply cardboard carton, secured inside using specifically shaped dense foam to ensure there is zero to little movement inside of the overall packaging, The battery is disconnected from the scooter itself ensuring it is isolated during transit and storage. Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
