Description
Instant noodles with a seasoning packet. Made from wheat flour, palm oil and seasoning. A seasoning packet is prepared, typically containing a combination of flavour powders, dried vegetables, soy sauce, and spices. The noodles are in a brittle state and have a low moisture content. Preparation instructions: cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-5 minute. Noodles available in various flavours: chicken, onion chicken, jollof and pepper chicken. Presented in a 70g pack.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. GIR 5B has been used identify the type of packaging: 70G pack GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 190230 - Other pasta. 8 digit-code 19023010 - Dried. 10 digit - code 1902301080 - Other than containing rice.
