- Description
- Controller board for the operation of HVAC systems. It is an electronic control device designed to manage and alternate the operation of two independent HVAC systems for balanced runtime and enhanced reliability. The device’s intended function is controlling the operation of 2 HVAC systems, ensuring one is active whilst the other is shut down. After a set period it will shut down the active one and switch on the other and then vice versa with the idea being that with each system only working part time it will improve reliability and reduce wear. The unit can also switch the systems over in the event of mechanical failure. Appearance wise it is an assembly of components on a PCB within a metal housing on the front of which is a control panel for configuring the device with a digital display and various lights to indicate the status. The controller is non-portable and intended solely for permanent installation in commercial or industrial applications, functioning as a core component in broader HVAC and environmental control systems. Operating voltage is 18-32 volts
