Description
A motor-powered propulsion device. A rechargeable motor used as propulsion for inflatable stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) and kayaks. The device contains a lithium battery and a multi-phase alternating current (AC) motor with a maximum output 200W. The motor is encased in Polypropylene and operated by remote control. The device is used to reduce the physical effort needed for paddling and moving across the water.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
