Description
A massage ball. A small lightweight black plastic ball with a knobbly/bobbly surface. Designed as a self-massage ball after sports activity. The item fits the foot arch, back and calf muscles. Can also be used on the floor for feet, legs or against the wall for the back. Used to alleviate muscle tightness, knots, and trigger points in hard-to-reach areas.

Justification
