Description
This product is a two-player game powered by 2 X AAA batteries, containing 2 cars a track for the cars to be launched along using the triggers provided. The track is made from polypropylene, and the cars are made from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene alongside electrical parts. The aim of the game is to knock out your own car 5 times to win, the score can be tracked using a dial on the side of the launcher. The product comes in a black box with a picture of the game track on the front, which is blue and purple in colour.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3(1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a. GIR 5(b) has been used to identify the type of packaging as a black box with a picture. GIR 6 - has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 950490: other than, video game consoles and machines, other than those of subheading 950430. 8 Digit Code - 95049080 - Other than, electric car racing sets, having the character of competitive games. Also classified in accordance with: Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (HSENs) to heading 9504.
