Description
The product is used in telecommunication systems to keep cables safe and secure in outdoor environments. They are round with a various size of holes to fit cables through. They are 4 inches wide with a hosepipe clip around for securing, and are used to protect cables from moisture, dust and debris entering, and keeping a weather tight seal at the entry and exit points. They also protect cables from stress and abrasion. The product is packaged as part of a consignment of goods, then on a crate. They are made from EPDM rubber.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3(1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a.
