Description
Woven polyester fabric that is dyed, laminated to a viscose fabric using halogen free flame retardant powder which bonds the viscose fabric to the back of the woven polyester fabric. The processes also include calendering, heat setting and permanent finishing. The fabric is predominantly used in the manufacture of domestic and contract furniture. The fabric is imported in rolls of approximately 50 meters.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
