Description
Product is a pack of 8 extra crunchy chicken skewers with a 70g Tennessee style glaze. The entire box weighs 270g. The chicken skewers are made from Chicken breast fillet 58%, Wheat flour, Soya bean oil, Water, Modified tapioca starch, Salt, Sugar, Acidity regulators, Yeast, Rice bran oil, Raising agents, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Ground black pepper and Maltodextrin. The glaze is made from Water, Sugar, Modified tapioca starch, Soy sauce, White vinegar, Fully refined soya bean oil, Colours: plain caramel, paprika extract, Salt, Dried chilli, Flavourings, Garlic powder and Acidity regulator. Both the chicken and sauce are packaged separately. The chicken has been skewered on paddle stick and coating with crouton breadcrumb, then fried and the sauce is also fully cooked. The product is imported frozen and will need reheating to hit a core temperature of at least 65°C before being consumed.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a.
