- Description
- Frozen onion bhajis, containing prepared onions as the main ingredient. They have a small filling of mango chutney. The cooking instructions state that the product should be cooked for 18 minutes from frozen, in a fan oven at 180 degrees. The product includes 12 onion bhajis weighing 25g. They are packaged in a plastic bag and placed in a cardboard box. Process: Receiving raw materials preparing, mixing, forming onion bhaji emulsion with sauce filling, frying, freezing, packaging, cold storage. Ingredients: Onion, mango chutney (sugar, mango puree, date, water, potato starch, salt, dried potato flakes) gram flour, dried potato flakes, Cotton seed oil, raising agent: sodium carbonate, sugar, coriander leaf, salt, red chilli powder, ground cumin seed, turmeric powder.
