Description
A plastic toy pony with a multi-coloured mane and tail for children. The pony has a unicorn on it's forehead, a button on the toys leg makes the tail spin around, and it comes with 17 accessories. A purple ribbon can be pulled to shorten the length of mane. The toy plays music, makes over 25 character sounds and speaks phrases. It uses 1 x AA battery (included). It is packaged in a card box with a clear plastic front.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following effect- a.
