Description
A high-speed camera. A camera housing for attaching a lens and a handle on the top. The camera is designed to record a large number of digital photos per second and includes a volatile internal memory (RAM). The temporary storage allows for a series of shots in the volatile memory of up to 3.5 seconds at a speed of 24,270 frames per second (fps) at a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. A frame rate of 558,330 fps at a resolution of 1280 x 32 pixels as standard. The item comes supplied with a lens and various connectors for ethernet, power and backup power, remote control, and Wi-Fi dongle. The dimensions without the handle are 12.7 x 12.7 x 20.3 cm and a weight of 4.3 kg. The camera is made up for retail sale.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. Notes to a section or chapter of the Goods Classification Table (Reg 3(1)(b)). General interpretative rules (GIR)s: GIR 1 has been used to classify the product to heading 8525 - Transmission apparatus for radio-broadcasting or television, whether or not incorporating reception apparatus or sound recording or reproducing apparatus; television cameras, digital cameras and video camera recorders. GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 852581 - Television cameras, digital cameras and video camera recorders; high-speed goods as specified in subheading note 1 to this chapter.
