Description
A container tank. It is a stainless-steel tank contained within a carbon steel frame. The tank is used for holding liquids/fluids. It can hold 4,546 litres and has a T7 2.67 bar/T11 4 bar working pressure and a T7 4 bar/T11 6 bar test pressure. The frame is equipped with fittings for carriage by one or more modes of transport. The external dimensions are 2750mm x 1850mm x 2337mm.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: - General Interpretative Rules (GIR)s: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. Notes to a section or chapter of the Goods Classification Table (Reg 3(1)(b)). GIR 1 - has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 8609 - Containers (including containers for the transport of fluids) specially designed and equipped for carriage by one or more modes of transport. 8-digit code 86090090 - Other than containers with an anti-radiation lead covering, for the transport of radioactive materials.
