- Description
- A C-Cell instrument, which is used to measure various parameters to determine the quality of baked goods and the analysis makes sure the product conforms to baking standards. The instrument takes a number of images of the baked good under inspection and analysis software then produces values for a number of parameters such as colour, dimensions and shape, internal cell size, inclusions, e.g. the distribution of currents in a hot cross bun. These values can then be compared against known values to ensure consistency of production and quality. It is made from a steel casing with a plastic front panel and contains a number of LED lights, an HD camera and all necessary wiring and cabling. Dimensions of the instrument are: height 770mm x width 480mm x depth 370mm. The instrument is packaged inside a wooden crate for shipping.
