- Description
- A Gearbox assembly. The assembly is made from multiple components including a torque synchro servomotor, a control transformer synchro and a set of reduction gears in a stainless steel housing. Stainless steel fixings (screws, washers etc), wiring, electrical connectors and synchro motors are also included. The product works by taking an input synchro signal and duplicating this mechanically in a second synchro motor to create a more powerful signal for driving the directing gear. The Gearbox is used to drive the directing gear for a a sonar underwater telephone, fitted to both surface and submarine. The item is comes in dedicated SPIS packaging.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
