- This product is an Amplifier Assembly which is used in the High Power Amplifier Unit and used with Sonar Type 2008, an underwater telephone, fitted to submarines. It provides simplex communication between vessels. The item is made from multiple components including, stainless steel housing, stainless steel fixings (screws, washers etc), wiring, electrical connectors, transistors and electronic circuits. The amplifier Assembly is used to amplify the signal of the 2008 underwater telephone and works by amplifying the signal to be transmitted. The product is packaged in special packaging
