- Description
- A countertop 6.9 litre planetary stand mixer for mixing of ingredients. It has a maximum flour capacity of 2.2kg and a maximum dough capacity of 3.8kg. It has a 325W direct drive motor and weighs 13kg. The mixer is supplied with stainless steel whisk, flat beater and strong dough hook. Other attachments such as meat grinders, pasta rollers, and spiralisers can be added to the mixer to make it more versatile (these attachments are not supplied with the mixer and are not subject to this ATaR). Its dimensions are 417mm (H) x 371mm (W) x 287mm (D).

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: - General Interpretative Rules (GIR)s: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. Notes to a section or chapter of the Goods Classification Table (Reg 3(1)(b)). GIR 1 - has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 8509 - Electromechanical domestic appliances, with self-contained electric motor, other than vacuum cleaners of heading 8508. GIR 6 - has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 850940 - Food grinders and mixers; fruit or vegetable juice extractors. Also classified in accordance with: Harmonized System Explanatory Notes (HSEN) to Chapter 85 - Note 4 (a) and General Note (A) (2).
