- Description
- Powder Cu GR-60 Purple. The powders non lamellar and are used to sinter copper heatpipes in order to improve the heat transfer performance. The powder is poured inside a copper heatpipe along with a sintering mandrel and then they go into a sinter oven, this melts the powder and allows the particles to fuse together. This process allows us to custom make specific shapes and sizes by heating and applying pressure to the powder. The powder is supplied in 3.5 gallon pails.
