Description
The product is a leather fob. The leather is vegetable-tanned and develops a unique colour over time. The leather fob has two pieces of leather sewn together, using saddle stitch, back- to- back and are then shaped. The back is a mirror image of the front. Comes in various colours from black to various browns to orange and white by dyeing methods. The tabs are left natural to maintain the leather ordinal colour. The leather fobs comes with a letter sewn onto the front. Once the product is finished, it is nourished by leather balm and is waterproof.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. Notes to a section or chapter of the Goods Classification Table (Reg 3(1)(b)). General interpretative rules (GIR)s: GIR 1 has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 4205 - Other articles of leather or of composition leather. GIR 5 (b) - Has been used to identify the type of packaging- acid free tissue paper- bubble wrap- dust bag- cardboard box. 8 Digit Code - 42050090 - Other than of a kind used in machinery or mechanical appliances or for other technical uses. Also classified in accordance with: Chapter Note 1 to Chapter 42. Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (HSENs) to heading 4205.
