Description
This component is a Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA- Charging Station Board) used in the charging station of robotic lawn mowers, by Regulating power to the mower during charging, by converting AC mains input to a stable DC output (18V) and controls the boundary wire signal when the mower is not charging. This signal defines the mowing perimeter and guides the mower’s navigation by communicating with the mower via Bluetooth or other protocols to manage docking, charging, and operational readiness. Made from Fibreglass-reinforced epoxy laminate (FR4). with inductors, resistors, capacitors, diodes, microcontrollers, and semiconductor elements. Formed using the film circuit technique and includes printed circuits created by etching and plating processes. Voltage: Operates at 18V. Packaged in an Anti-static bag or Plastic Tray to prevent electrostatic discharge, with a secondary packaging of protective cardboard box with foam or bubble wrap. The packaging also includes labels with product information and handling instructions.
