- Description
- This component is the main control board (PCBA) for a robotic lawn mower. It is responsible for controlling and coordinating all mower operations, including motor control, navigation, battery management, and safety systems and interfacing with sensors (e.g. collision, lift, tilt, magnetic) and actuators (e.g. wheel motors, cutting motor). Executing embedded software that governs the mower’s autonomous behaviour and user-defined settings. It operates at 18V, distributing power to various subsystems: The motor control - drives the cutting blade and wheel motors based on sensor input and programmed logic. The Signal processing - is capable of rectifying, modulating, and amplifying electrical signals using semiconductor elements. The communication - interfaces with user controls, sensors, and possibly external devices via CAN or Bluetooth. For Safety - It monitors operational parameters and triggers shutdowns in case of faults. Packaged in an anti-static bag to prevent electrostatic discharge and Secondary packaging that is a protective box with foam or bubble wrap.
