- Description
- This component is a Battery Management System (BMS) PCBA, designed to monitor and control the operational parameters (Voltage, current and temperature) of the battery pack, to keep them in optimum limits, this enables efficient operation of the application. This Battery Management System (BMS) is employed in the robotic mower battery packs, batteries used in lawn mowers. While monitoring the operational parameters the BMS protects the battery from overcharging, over-discharging, overheating, and short circuits and balances cell voltages to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the battery pack. It works by the voltage and current monitoring. Continuously checks each cell’s voltage and the overall current flow. The temperature control monitors battery temperature to prevent overheating. Cell balancing ensures all cells in the battery pack are charged evenly. it communicates by the interfaces with the mower’s main board to report battery status. And for protection it automatically disconnects the battery in unsafe conditions (e.g., short circuit, thermal runaway) Packaged in a anti-static bag to prevent electrostatic discharge. With secondary packaging and protective Cardboard box with inserts to safeguard the products. Labelling includes part number, serial number, and handling instructions
