Description
The keypad is used in robotic lawn mowers to allow users to input commands, adjust settings, and control the mower's functions. The keypad works by receiving input from the user through its buttons. These inputs are then processed by the mower's control system to execute the desired commands, such as starting or stopping the mower, adjusting the cutting height, or setting a mowing schedule. It provides an interface for the user to interact with the mower. The keypad is made from a combination of plastic/rubber and electronic components. It includes buttons, a printed circuit board (PCB), and connectors. The manufacturing process involves assembling the electronic components onto a PCB, and adding connectors for integration with the mower's control system. The keypad is packaged in an anti-static bag to protect it from electrostatic discharge during transportation. It is then placed in a protective box with cushioning materials to prevent damage. The packaging includes labels with product information and handling instructions.
