Description
The plastic body chassis in robotic lawn mowers is used as the main structural & Functional component that houses and protects the internal components of the mower, such as the motor, battery, and electronic systems. It provides the necessary support and rigidity to the mower while also contributing to its overall aesthetic design. The plastic body chassis is typically made from high-strength, durable plastic materials such as polypropylene (PP) or a blend of polypropylene with talc (PP-Talc). The plastic body chassis works by providing a sturdy and protective enclosure for the robotic lawn mower's internal components. It ensures that the mower can withstand various environmental conditions and impacts while maintaining its structural integrity. The chassis also helps in distributing the weight of the mower evenly and supports the attachment of other components such as wheels and sensors.
