- Description
- The charge station is used to recharge the Lithium-ion batteries of the robotic lawn mower. It serves as the docking station where the mower returns after completing its mowing cycle or when the battery is low. The charge station works by providing a stable and secure docking point for the robotic lawn mower. When the mower docks, the PCBA inside the charge station manages the charging process, ensuring the battery is charged efficiently and safely. The station may also include features such as LED indicators to show the charging status. The charge station ensures that the mower is always ready for the next mowing session. The charge station is made from a combination of materials: Plastic Housing: The outer casing is typically made from durable plastic materials to protect the internal components. Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA): This includes various electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and connectors that control the charging process. Wiring and Connectors: Internal wiring connects the PCBA to external power and communication interfaces. Connectors ensure secure and reliable attachment to the mower and power source. The charging station is connected to the mains for power source. The Charging current, A DC -12, Operating Voltage: 28 V DC to 42 DC. It is packaged in protective boxes to prevent damage during transportation.
