- Description
- 20-piece set of mini electrical fuses designed for use in automobiles. The set is comprised of fuses in multiple sizes and colours as follows: 5A, 7.5A,10A,15A, 20A, 25A, 30A and 40A, and coloured orange, brown, red, blue, yellow, white, green and purple respectively. The fuses are packaged on a card and held in place under a plastic covering. The fuses meet or exceed OEM Specifications.

- Legal justification Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. GIR 3(b) - Has been used as the predominant number of fuses within the set have a current exceeding 10A but not 63A and so therefore is considered to be the essential character. GIR 5(b) - Has been used to identify the type of packaging. The items are packaged onto a display card and held in place with a plastic covering.
