Description
Product is a box of 15 8 inch glowsticks with 15 plastic connectors which can make the glowsticks into bracelets. The box contains an assortment of colours. The connectors and outer of the glowsticks is made from polypropylene and the glowing liquid inside is made from CPPO (bis(2,4,5-trichloro-6-carbopentoxyphenyl) oxalate), Dimethyl phthalate, Tert-Butyl alcohol and Hydrogen peroxide. To active, the glowstick are snapped which created a chemical reaction that makes them glow and become solid. They are single use and cannot glow again once the first glow stops.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a.
