Description
A pack of 6 toy lip whistles. The user places the whistle within their mouth so the plastic lips covers their own, they then blow to make a sound through the centre of the plastic lips. The whistles are made from 100% PP (polypropylene), each pack contains 2 orange, 2 yellow and 2 green whistles. They are packed in a clear plastic bag with a card header for retail sale.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
