Description
A pack of two plastic mouse traps, designed for pest control. The top and base are made of polypropylene; they have a serrated front edge. Inside the trap is a plastic spring-loaded trigger mechanism, which is tensioned by a coiled iron spring when the clip is opened. Two traps are packaged together within cardboard backed blister pack. They are put up for retail sale.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
