Description
Apple & kiwi flavoured yogurt (skimmed milk) and milk protein shake that is used for weight loss. The product is produced under UHT (commercially sterile) conditions, with all ingredients being blended into a single liquid mix which is then packed into individual 330 ml units. The product is ready to consume. The products contain the following ingredients: skimmed yoghurt, water, fruit juice from concentrate (lemon, apple), sugar, stabilisers (pectin, guar gum), vegetable oil: maize/corn, vitamin and mineral mix (various), flavour, acid: citric acid, colour (copper complexes of chlorophyllins, lutein), sweetener: sucralose and antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate. The product is packed into individual consumption units (laminated cardboard composite) with a polypropylene and polyethylene cap. These units are packed into cardboard shipping cases either 12 unit or 24 unit variations.

Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
