Description
A Structural Stability Kit which is a critical component for the secure installation of fixed earth station antennas. Designed specifically for structural stability and precision, this kit includes high-strength threaded rods, heavy-duty nuts and washers, and circular alignment template plate. These components work together to secure the antenna pedestal to a reinforced concrete foundation, ensuring the antenna remains properly aligned under high wind loads and seismic forces. The anchor bolts are designed to be cast into the concrete foundation and held in precise position using the provided circular template. This template guarantees accurate bolt placement, alignment, and spacing. Once installed, the bolt assembly forms a circular ring plate that matches the diameter of the antenna base, integrating with the concrete reinforcement to form a robust anchoring system. Typically, a 9-meter antenna would require approximately 36 bolts, though quantities may vary depending on the antenna model and foundation design. The final design must be approved and adapted by a licensed civil engineer, considering site-specific soil conditions and structural requirements. The kit is supplied in a wooden crate, shipped independently ahead of the antenna structure so foundation work can begin in advance of the antenna's arrival. This comprehensive hardware kit is engineered to provide reliable, long-lasting support for critical communications infrastructure, enabling precise satellite alignment in even the most demanding environmental conditions.
