- Description
- Frozen marinated semi-dried tomato segments. Used for human consumption. Ingredients include tomatoes, rapeseed oil, sugar, garlic, salt and oregano. The oven‑dried tomato pieces are marinated in oil, sealed in aluminium pouches, pasteurised, and then frozen. Each 1 kg pouch contains 850 g of drained tomatoes.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3(1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect - a.
