Description
The NightSearcher Solaris Pro and Solaris Pro X are lightweight, high-powered, portable LED floodlights. With multi-angle lamp head adjustment, dual-optics, and variable lighting modes, the Solaris range is the alternative to generator powered floodlights. The plastic housing contains the heatsink, PCB, LEDs, wiring and Li-ion battery. There are too battery sizes available. 14.8V 18.2Ah (270Wh) or 14.8V 36.4Ah (540Wh) The Product weighs 7-8.4kg depending on the battery used. The product offers multiple light modes: “Boost (Search + Flood)”, “Search”, “Flood” The lamp head is on an integrated pole and is multi-angle adjustable, so the beam direction can be tilted or oriented as needed. It achieves up to 16,000 lumens output, with a beam distance up to 500 m. Run time is programmable up to 24 hours. It is rated IP65. The Solaris Pro can be used as an emergency light. If a charger is connected and the power fails, the light will illuminate. The light comes with a charger and large shoulder strap.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. General Interpretative Rules (GIR)s: GIR 1 – has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 8513 – Portable electric lamps designed to function by their own source of energy (for example, dry batteries, accumulators, magnetos), other than lighting equipment of heading 8512. GIR 6 – has been used to classify the goods to subheading level – 851310 - Lamps. 8 Digit code – 85131000 - Lamps. Also classified in accordance with: Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (HSENs) to Heading 8513.
