- Description
- The stator is an integral component of a diesel fuel injector assembly. It is installed within the injector body and forms part of the injector’s electromagnetic actuator system. When electrical current is applied to the windings, the stator generates a controlled electromagnetic field which interacts with the injector’s moving elements, including the nozzle control valve (NCV), to support accurate control of fuel delivery. The stator cannot function independently. It interfaces mechanically and electrically with other injector components through its terminals and mounting features. After assembly, completed injectors containing the stator are protected in plastic packaging, packed in trays (six units per tray), and loaded into wooden pallet shipping crates for transportation.
